Openpath is a B2B hardware and SaaS company that provides secure access control for the built environment. At Bukwild, I’ve had the opportunity to work with the founders since their public launch in 2018. Through a series of in-person interviews and category research, I helped the team develop their audience personas, customer journeys, and competitive positioning, which informed their brand mission and pillars. Since 2018, Openpath quickly moved from stealth, to one of the leading disruptors in commercial access control. I’ve been able to continue to work with them on a number of initiatives – most recently, an evolution and “filling out” of their online brand.
